This patch disables some SYCL/Reduction tests because they fail sporadically in CI on Windows with OpenCL with exceeded time out (possible deadlock).

There is no deadlock during execution of those tests, but definitely there is some perf bug/anomaly there that causes extremely slow runtime. The time spent not in the kernel, but somewhere in jit-compilation of kernels. |
