IGC v2.1.12 prebuilt debs not longer support Ubuntu 22.04 LTS #350

Description

@nyanmisaka

IGC README says that both 22.04 and 24.04 are supported.

But when installing them on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 intel-igc-core-2 : Depends: libc6 (>= 2.38) but 2.35-0ubuntu3.8 is to be installed
 intel-igc-opencl-2 : Depends: libc6 (>= 2.38) but 2.35-0ubuntu3.8 is to be installed

The packages built on Ubuntu 24.04 require a higher glibc version, which makes them not backward compatible with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Many users are still using it, please consider restoring support for it.
