Full review of SNARK circuit prototype

Why

We want to have a full review of the prototype implementation of the SNARK circuit in Halo2 and make sure that there is no problem at this stage. Also, we want to start thinking splitting the circuit in sub-circuits to improve the readability and maintainability of the code.

What

Have a full review by cryptographers of Mithril and Midnight teams.
