Remove tag groups from API ref docs that duplicate endpoints in the "All endpoints" tag group.

Redocly isn't designed to support adding tags to more than one tag-group. If you assign multiple tags to the same endpoint and the tags are in different groups, duplicate tags get the same href, which leads to confusing UI behavior: if you click on one from one tag group, it bounces you to the first one that appears in the doc, so you lose your place in the nav menu.
The quick solution is to remove the tag groups that duplicate endpoints, i.e. only leaving endpoints in the All endpoints group.
