Seems like GitHub is having an outage, it can't determine merge status. I'll check back a little later.

Weird, githubstatus.com claims they resolved the issue several hours ago, but the merge status check keeps spinning even with a hard refresh, and I can't even force merge because of it. I wonder if something important to the status got lost in the outage and won't self-heal. Maybe if you close the PR and re-open? (I can't re-open your PR).
