Hello, I was recently wondering how much different/complex would it be to support the same functionality of hatch-fancy-pypi-readme in setuptools.

After looking at the hooks.py file, I noticed that the hook implementation for setuptools would not be too much different than the one for hatch...

This PR contains a preliminary proof of concept.
Please let me know if you have interest on this and I can follow up with any required changes (e.g. docs)

Otherwise please also feel free to close the PR.

Obs.: Coverage does not seem to consider test in subprocess...

hey sorry for the very late reply, I've been traveling a lot and am stretched super thin right now as I'm trying to catch up.

Generally speaking, and as mentioned in #37, I'm open to making it multi-backend (or frontend? which is even which here?)!

If we'd get out of the gate with three backends right away, it might even be worth it to rename the project and make hatch-fancy-pypi-readme just depend on it. Even looks like fancy-pypi-readme is still free on PyPI.
