[FEATURE] Support for I-JEPA

Hey Ross and @jph00,
I'm not sure if the issue tracker is the right place to ask or the forums (if not please close the issue).
I was mindblown by the performace of I-JEPA on low-shot image classification (12 images per class for SOTA Imagenet).
And was curious if timm is planning a support for I-JEPA
The model weights for imagenet are published too.
It looks like Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 CC license.

Also happy to look into contributing myself, if support is planned.

@franz101 the weights (as backbones) are on the main branch already #1846 ... but like other specific pretrain / n-shot tasks, it's just the backbone for feature use & fine-tune, covering the full eval, train etc is beyond current scope
