Microsoft BEITv3 appears to use timm but model configs not in this repo

In Microsoft's BEIT3 release they have create_model() that appears to use configs that aren't in this repo. Can't find anything about this issue anywhere. Was there a rollback or is there a branch that hasn't been pushed? Thanks!

@nathanodle nothing unreleased here, any 3rd party library can use the model factory and register their own models (as they did) so that create_model works once their modelling file is imported.

comparing to BEiT v1/v2 and recent EVA models they didn't appear as strong in the vision side, at least the checkpoints that were released so I didn't put any time into this. They were more focused on a wider range of tasks for v3...
