UX NAR : add new section for Not Accessibility Related (NAR) reviews

This section will contain 2 or 3 questions for the user to provide feedback on his experience for things not related to accessibility.

The questions will change depending on the location's category (out of the 12 we have).
Attached is a quick draft of what it should look like. We just need to define and finalize the question but initially, we can just have place holders for 2 questions.

Suggestions for the questions are very welcome. See below for some ideas!

It will be 'Rate Location' instead of 'Rate Building', and use 'Location' instead of 'Place'
