This part of code is (almost) impossible to reach because (= haskell-indentation-layout-offset current-indent) mixes up absolute and relative positioning and triggers only if current-indent is haskell-indentation-layout-offset from left margin. Usually it is more indented. This code cleary was meant to do something, but I'm not sure what.
