Defer conflict counts in final conflict set to higher verbosity #4150
Description
With #3960 print the final conflict set if the dependency tree has been searched exhaustively and no solution is found. Along with the conflicts, we print the conflict count. Since conflict counts are only a rough indication and by no means exact science, and since the meaning of those numbers needs some explanation to the end user, it was discussed to show the conflict count only at higher verbosity level.
