Follow-up to #1857. For a bit more detail, have a look there. I'll make it short:
Config (net block):

interval = 5
Expected behavior:
1000KB will always be shown as 1.0MB.
Actual Behavior:
1000KB is sometimes displayed as 1000KB and sometimes as 1.0MB.
