[2020-10-01] Putting a glossary into the spec

PR 777 suggests adding a glossary, Lee states:

Glossary should be part of spec.md. Good long term direction

Assigning to Benjie and Lee to discuss what this would look like; does it need spec-md changes? What's the scope? Discussion below.

Hey @leebyron; separate to 777 itself, what would adding a glossary to the GraphQL spec look like? Is this something we'd want to have spec-md support explicitly, or is a manual collection of terms sufficient for now? Should we start a glossary RFC we merge to, and then when it's ready (which I imagine will take many months, and many contributors) move it over to the spec?
