Investigate if we can use dartPluginClass #140
Description
Maybe we don't need pluginClass anymore?
We probably need to figure out if it works without pluginClass, if dartPluginClass is required, and if we can just give it a dummy value.
Also we need to figure out what Flutter version this was introduced in so that we can bump the SDK constraint on Flutter.
