Changed ID field in User struct from int to int64

User IDs don't need to be int64 though. It seems strange to break backwards compatibility to make something differ from what the API docs say it needs to be.

ok, i proposaled this change because i need type conversion int to int64 when i'm call something like this "int64 update.Callback Query.From.ID)". But anyway thanks for answer.
