Show prebuild failure error message in UI

When a prebuild fails, the user does not have any visual feedback on why it failed.

Describe the behaviour you'd like

• User can gain further information about why the prebuild failed.

Additional context

The prebuild model already exposes an error property, we can expose it as a tooltip on the prebuild row, or as a first class field in the row itself.

I view this as a new feature, where the Prebuild List view show additional information (error message) when a prebuild fails. For now, I'd like to keep this open as input to where we want to go with prebuilds after the initial status improvements are complete.
