Epic: Browser based terminal

Epic covering the implementation of a terminal in the browser as an explicit IDE preference.

Idea:

In this IDE selection screen,

We could have 2 Terminal options:

• Terminal Browser -> xterm.js on browser
• Terminal Desktop -> show the existing dialog of the SSH connection, allowing the user to copy the ssh command line for use with SSH Keys and with Access Token.

Had the same thought as @felladrin in my head. I think this would make sense and make it clear and expose more users to connecting just to their terminal.
