I commonly use release notifications, and at present these are linked to https://github.com/{{org}}/{{repo}}/releases

This FR card is to enhance the logic to link to the specific release tag for the notification, eg: https://github.com/{{org}}/{{repo}}/releases/tag/{{releaseTag}}
