Latest PR review is not displayed in detail view #1814
Description

What happened
Using this PR as an example: #1783
- Go to dotcom and notice the PR was approved by
@StanleyGoldman
- Open the same PR in Visual Studio in detail view and notice the latest review from
@StanleyGoldmanis shown as requesting changes rather than approved
This detail view doesn't show that the status was updates from requested changes -> approved
Note
Select the review from @StanleyGoldmanand when viewing the list of the reviews I notice the latest review says approved so the view updates here just fine.
