Docs & link for health check inbound filter

Problem: Today it's not clear from the Inbound Filters page what transactions are being discarded and the docs also don't mention it specifically.

Proposed solution:

• add a link from that sub-text “common naming patterns” to the inbound filter docs
• update the docs to explicitly list the strings like we do in Perf at scale
