Test pure C++ Turbo Modules error reporting

Description

In 0.71.0 RN published new pure C++ Turbo Modules examples.

We should test that errors from these have proper symbolicated stack traces.

Modules example:

• facebook/react-native@d07575b

Goal:

• Add C++ Turbo Modules to the sample app
• Test correctly reported stack traces
