Disables check run annotations for codecov in the codecov.yml. This should prevent the ''X line not covered by tests'' annotations in PRs .

Leaving this unmerged for now since I'd like to see if the annotations experience improves after we've merged the CI overhaul in #2567 -- it affects how our coverage reports are generated so maybe something changes. |
