Steps to Reproduce

0.13.0 was just released, but the PR for it does not update the cocoa-sdk-version-compatibility-table in the README. Thus I do not know which cocoa sdk is safe to use.

Expected Result

Except the documentation to mention which cocoa-sdk is safe to use with release 0.13.0
