feat(serverless): Add missing @sentry/node re-exports

based on #10389

Adds missing re-exports to the serverless package

Not sure if the following APIs make sense in serverless:

• cron,
• enableAnrDetection,
• runWithAsyncContext,
• hapiErrorPlugin,

Decided to omit them for now but happy to change
