Add support for multiple callback listeners

It would be great if there was support for multiple callback listeners for dataCallback and shouldSendCallback.

My use case is that I want to create a plugin for use on multiple sites which would filter out and not report errors which occurred on older browser versions, while each site in particular might also have its own shouldSendCallback. This is currently not possible to achieve.

@D10 – sorry for the slow reply, we were focused on putting out 2.0.0 at this time and were actively trying to avoid any API changes.

I agree that this should be possible, but I think it requires an overhaul of how Raven handles events (e.g. replacing the undocumented DOM events API that exists currently).

Probably something we'll look at in 2016.
