Expected Result

Should match the example provided here: https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript-examples/tree/main/apps/nestjs

Actual Result

People don't know anymore how to setup Sentry for Nest.js because of these inconsistencies. It would be helpful also to have a working example.
