Steps to Reproduce

Use com.google.android.gms:oss-licenses-plugin and OssLicensesTask task.

This is probably the same issue as this one #2364
Version 8.17.0 works fine.

Successful build

Actual Result

Execution failed for task ':app:releaseOssLicensesTask'.
> java.lang.StackOverflowError (no error message)

hi @kamgurgul thanks for reporting, yes this is likely the same issue as #2364 because we've added a new implementation dependency for compose-ui. We'll likely need to change it to compileOnly to have this fixed, I will keep you posted!
