Replay docs have broken link to replay.stop()

Also, the docs mention manually calling the replay.stop() method, but the page that link leads to doesn't have the #start-and-stop-recording anchor 😄

The issue reports that https://docs.sentry.io/product/session-replay/ has a problematic link.

I checked the code and couldn't find any link that points to the anchor #start-and-stop-recording, or that anchor itself. I didn't see a title with that text either.

I did look at all the links on https://docs.sentry.io/product/session-replay/ and they all look like they're going to the correct places.

Specifically there are these two bullet points in the page that are working correctly:

• "Manually calling the replay.start() method"
• Manually calling the replay.stop() method
