[v9] Remove renderer information

Description

You may want to remove the render information (eg Skia, vs Impeller vs html).
On io it defaults to unknown, and on web it pretty much defaults to skia, since the HTML backend will be removed. So including the renderer doesn't add much value to reports.

On the other hand, if you can figure out whether Impeller or Skia is running on Android, it would be helpful since it's now enabled based on various hardware conditions.
