Test injection output

We have a few tests for sentry-cli sourcemaps inject, but these tests do not verify the injection behavior by checking that the files are modified as expected. We only check the command's stdout (which is arguably of little relevance) and the exit status code

This is a serious oversight, since we will fail to catch any unintended changes to how injection is performed.
