stakeholderは「利害関係者」「出資者」「決裁権者」と訳されることが多いです。
良い意訳だと思いますが、いろいろな立場の人だと曖昧すぎるのでより具体的にした「利害関係者」あるいはそれに類する単語にしましょう。
