Like the title says. Started implementing based upon issue #366. In hindsight I thin the user is currently experiencing another issue I explain in the comment. Still, I think supporting empty body (no brackets) for the "implement abtract members quick fix" is a good quality of life fix that we should do 🙂
Also did some consistency changes to the quick fix, as it is not implement abstract members (variables + functions).
