The AppSettings type provider is not functional.

In .NET 6.0.200 on OSX 12.2.1 and .NET 6.0.101 on Windows 10,
I'm using the Fsharp.Configuration 2.0.0 and the AppSetting type provider raises the error below.

~: error FS3033: The type provider 'FSharp.Configuration.ConfigTypeProvider+FSharpConfigurationProvider' reported an error: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager, Version=5.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51'. Could not find or load a specific file. (0x80131621) [~]
~: error FS0039: The type 'Object' does not define the field, constructor or member '~'. [~]

Note that, I have already included the content "app.config" in the project directory.

But weird thing is that this error isn't found in .NET 6.0.100 on OSX 12.2.1.
I'm not sure how I'm going to deal with it.
