* macos-11 runner image is deprecated, drop support for it * macos-13/gcc7-9 workaround no longer works, drop support * nvidia 22.1 exceeds runner storage limits, drop support

The homebrew gcc install function needed some work for
macos-14. Note only gcc11+ are available for arm from brew. Alsomacos-11is deprecated so I think we can stop testing and drop support*macos-13/gcc7-9 workaround no longer works, drop supportmacos-12/gcc 13 andmacos-12/ifort 2021.7 supported*still, nothing prevents using the action on macos-11 for the moment
