Hey guys! Didn't mean to create the PR yet, wanted to push the feature branch to my fork. Anyway! I seen the offline page in a Reddit post yesterday and wanted to recreate it for the iOS app as well. The current graphic is simply a screenshot taken from the page and with the background removed. I have a few changes I would like to make before merging. |

First updates for the OfflineVC. This was inspired after seeing the DEV.to offline page featured on a Reddit post yesterday.
