[package_info_plus_web] Location of version.json

The plugin supposes that version.json is in the root of the website but this is not the case if the app is placed into a folder. It should be looked for in the app root, not the website root.

I'm not really sure how that relates to what I wrote. :-) OK, I can see, I wasn't specific enough about the problem being about reading it, not creating it.

The version.json is generated all right. It's in the correct location.

The line at

plus_plugins/packages/package_info_plus_web/lib/package_info_plus_web.dart

Line 21 in 98e295b

"${window.location.protocol}//${window.location.hostname}:${window.location.port}/version.json";

reads it from the root of the referenced website. The problem is that it isn't necessary there. It might be below this root folder if the app has been installed into a folder below the website root.
