New release please #275

Hi,
release 0.3.0+2 is broken due to the accidental removal of the minSdkVersion line in the build.gradle file (which I added a few months ago in #130).
I saw that it has been promptly added back in #241. However no release has been made since then.
I think it would be really important to release a new version ASAP, as there is currently no version unaffected by this regression which can run on Flutter 1.0.
