Fix bug with Pigeon Kotlin code generator not using the provided errorClassName.

fixes: flutter/flutter#139031

Replace #5480 as I can't push to that pr.

If you had to change anything in the flutter/tests repo, include a link to the migration guide as per the breaking change policy.
