Android application fails to build if project is not named "app"

after flutter upgraded, my project got the the following error:

The main project should not be hardcoded as 'app'

1. Create New flutter module
2. compare the diffrence between the new flutter module with you project
3. update you project from the new flutter module
4. you will see, the new flutter module has app dir.
