Trying out if #137735 is possible. Turns out it is!
When a Flutter app is built with engine from this PR,
accessibilityIdentifier(iOS) andresource-id(Android) are filled with values ofSemanticsProperties.label. They appear inuiautomator dump,idb,Accessibility Inspector.appetc.
