Plans to discontinue unsupported plugins

Some of the currently provided plugins have native APIs that are no longer supported (deprecated) or are no longer supported on profiles(TV, RPI).
Therefore, we plan to remove these plugins from the list(README) and mark them as discontinued.

Package name	Remarks
camera_tizen	It currently doesn't work on any devices, and there are no plans or requirements to improve support. This could be confusing to users.
battery_plus_tizen	It currently doesn't work on any devices, and there are no plans or requirements to improve support.
flutter_app_badger_tizen	The badge API is no longer supported and does not support badges on the home screen of TVs and RPi.
image_picker_tizen	There is no profile that supports the file manager.
sensors_plus_tizen	No sensor hardware
wearable_rotary	The Tizen watch is no longer supported and is only available on some WearOS devices, but the plugin is no longer being updated. We will only remove it from the list in the README; the code and the package on pub.dev will remain.
