dSYM upload script not working with XCode 15 archive

Description

I just upgraded to XCode 15, and the script to upload dSYM no longer works with this error:

Could not get GOOGLE_APP_ID in Google Services file from build environment

This only happens when I archive. When building and running, this works just fine, even with the Any iOS Device (arm64) destination. I have all 5 files in the Input Files. I tried removing the $(BUILT_PRODUCTS_DIR)/$(UNLOCALIZED_RESOURCES_FOLDER_PATH)/GoogleService-Info.plist when building and it fails with the same error. So for some reason, it doesn't seem to recognize GOOGLE_APP_ID when archiving.

If you try to build in release instead of debug, does this occur? I suspect you may be able to remove the run script phase from the release build config and then manually upload symbols as a temporary workaround.

Switching to Release still works. And yes, I have not released the update yet, but I should be able to upload the dSYM manually, it's just a minor inconvenience.

Hi. I also had the same problem.
In my case, the problem was resolved by setting the "User Script Sandboxing" setting, which seems to have increased in Xcode 15, to "No".

I am experiencing a similar issue as well. I followed the guidance here, but still seeing the issue when trying to create an archive of the app (works for builds).

The file does exist, but in a different location:

I can confirm that, for me, changing the Build Setting of "User Script Sandboxing" == "No" seems to resolve the issue.

My issue is some different. I have two targets.
The one is default target and another target name is "ProjectName-B".
The issue only occurs when archiving the second target (ProjectName-B).
