Install dependencies:
npm install

Run the development server:

The dashboard includes live feeds from the @mlmonchain and @infinityhedge Telegram channels. To set this up:

Get API Credentials:
- Visit my.telegram.org/apps
- Create an application and save your API ID and API Hash

Authenticate:
npm run telegram-setup
- Follow prompts to enter your phone number and verification code
- Copy the generated session string to your
.env.local
file

Common Issues:
- PHONE_CODE_INVALID: Check verification code in Telegram app
- PHONE_NUMBER_INVALID: Include country code (e.g., +1234567890)
- Channel access: Join @mlmonchain and @infinityhedge before setup
