Explain the expected internal reverts that etherscan shows in withdrawal transactions. This is a common point of confusion.

I don't have the exact description but I believe because we use a non-standard proxy, the chugsplash proxy. Withdrawals sometimes show reverts on etherscan. The yellow reverts on the UI cause a sense of worry that something went wrong. It would be helpful to have something to point to say this is expected.
