In the Running a Local Development Environment tutorial:

1. Incorrect L1/L2 funding description - setup script funds L2 accounts, not L1
2. Broken link to Chain Operators Troubleshooting Guide

Acceptance criteria

• Update funding description to accurately reflect L2 account funding
• Fix/update link to Chain Operators Troubleshooting Guide
• User should be clear on which layer their accounts are funded

Action items

1. Remove or update text about moving ETH to L2
2. Clarify that setup script handles L2 funding
3. Update/fix Chain Operators Troubleshooting Guide link
4. Add verification steps for L2 account funding
