Very cool! A few things jumped out at me when liking through everything:

1. Maybe eslint-github-bot or eslint-repo-bot is a better name? eslint-bot sounds like it will run ESLint.

2. It would be helpful to stick with having a JSDoc comment at the top of each file describing what it does, as we do in other repos. It's not entirely clear from the rest of the file contents what's actually happening.

Otherwise, looks great!

1. I am ok with changing the name to eslint-github-bot as thats what it is.
2. I will do that. I am working through some of the cleanup and unit tests. 😄
