Remove implicit support for 32-bit

Upstream Elasticsearch does not explicitly support 32-bit JVMs (our CI does not even test it) starting in 6.0.0. This support should be removed from the installer too.

The installer only supports 64-Bit Windows currently, but will try to use a 32-bit JVM if installed and no 64-bit JVM is installed.

We'll remove this for 6.0.0
