After discussing updates to the Elastic Stack security docs with @jkakavas, we decided to remove the mTLS layer in the graphic. We haven't documented this scenario, and Ioannis indicated that the additional layer did not depict end-to-end encryption, nor it is "added security" on top of the previous layer as the graphic implies. This change applies to 7.x and back to the current version.
