This commit implements the missing methods for LicensedFeature so that it can correctly track the use of a Momentary or Persistent feature

The license warning should only be returned when using non-basic functionality. This test assumed it would be returned in cases where it no longer is. This commit changes the test to rely on paid features so that the expected behaviour is exhibited.
