With elastic/docs#938, we created a standard template for Elastic API Reference documentation. This PR rewrites the create index API to test that template. Relates to elastic/docs#937.

With elastic/docs#938, we created a standard template
for Elastic API Reference documentation.
This PR rewrites the create index API to use that template.
